"Didymos Sole Occidente was my first, and favorite, Prima wrap. My youngest was in it at a mere 36 hours old. The light and airy weave of a Prima is second to none, especially in the hot June days following his birth. There is a certain beauty, gender neutral, with the blends of blues, pinks and purples. The slight stretch made it perfect for to hug every inch of newborn goodness. The buttery soft broken in feel of it, was like an old childhood blanket. Being an all cotton wrap, I had no concern when it came to washing as care was very easy, for it. We loved it so much, we had it in a size 5 and a ring sling at one point. My 19 month old toddler and newborn both comfortably spent many summer days in Sole, keeping our busy days much calmer with content children. This wrap belongs in every stash for the beauty and durability! "
Didy Sole Occidente is a perfect squish wrap, and great for beginning and experienced wrappers alike! It's so soft and floppy and easy to work with right away, which is amazing for learning how to do strand by strand tightening. The thinness makes it perfect for squishes because you can do FWCC with passes comfortably under their legs because they are so thin, but it's plenty supportive. It probably wouldn't be my go to for a bigger kid unless you have the length for multi-pass carries. The color combo is stunning in person and hard to capture in pictures. It's wonderful that it is easy care. If we have another squish, I will definitely get Sole again.
