In-stock orders are processed within 72 business hours after you receive your order confirmation email. We ship from Buffalo, New York in the USA, and Mississauga, Ontario in Canada.
If an item is on back-order, you will be notified by email.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you your order has been shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update as there are delays at Canada Post and USPS with the initial scan.
In North America, If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello @ littlezenone.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you are outside of North America, please allow 21 days before contacting us.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the items are unused and in their original condition (not tried on).

I highly recommend this if you have a trip where you have an airplane ride with your baby and don't have an extra set of adult hands! I was able to go on two airplane rides with a layover while having two extra carry on items, car seat and I gate checked my umbrella stroller. The stroller held the bags and the car seat. I did practice the back carry everyday and front carry as well as moving my baby from back to front and front to back without taking off the carrier. If you are in the same situation, I highly recommend practicing putting your baby on from sitting in a chair as well as off of a higher surface like a changing table or countertop to simulate if you have to use the nursing rooms and or family restroom at the airport! I could have never done this solo without the proper training or carrier!

I purchased this after trying it for a week through the try before you buy program. After baby wearing for almost a year now, I finally figured out my frame doesn't really go well with full buckle carriers. That's when I decided to sign up to try this. It definitely take some getting used to. I don't have any backpack muscles anymore so that's been a little bit of a bump but in a great way because I needed to kickstart my physical activity. My baby absolutely loves being in this as well! He loves to bounce in it like it he's getting a horsey ride LOL there is a bit of a learning curve how to best use the straps and the video tutorials are one of the best first resources for me anyway. I'm glad I watched videos and practiced a lot before I used it on my first trip solo. It was such a game changer to be able to change my baby and then use the changing table to help get him back on my back and then when I was time to get on the airplane flip him around to my front! I'm so happy with this!

I wanted to like this one because I’ve liked every other Lenny Lamb I’ve tried but I just could not get comfortable. The fit and buckle placement just didn’t work for me. The baby seemed comfortable and happy though.

Another Lenny lamb win. The carrier was soft and straps were comfortable to carry my 18 mo and 3.5 yr old (both 90th percentile kids). Love this pattern it was a very neutral color scheme that matched with almost everything I wore.
