In-stock orders are processed within 72 business hours after you receive your order confirmation email. We ship from Buffalo, New York in the USA, and Mississauga, Ontario in Canada.
If an item is on back-order, you will be notified by email.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you your order has been shipped.
Please note, we see delays in the initial scan of packages at USPS and Canada Post, and this is outside of our control. We appreciate your patience!

Do we ship to APO? Yes, we do.
Do we ship Outside of North America? Yes! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Internationally, we offer Carrier Calculated Shipping and $15 Flat rate Partially Tracked Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Little Zen One is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update as there are delays at Canada Post and USPS with the initial scan.
In North America, If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello @ littlezenone.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you are outside of North America, please allow 21 days before contacting us.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the items are unused and in their original condition (not tried on).

I received the Magnolia Onbuhimo as my first TBYB and absolutely fell in love!!! I have been searching for a SSC that was quick, comfy, and easy as I have been struggling with hand mobility and am usually a woven wrap girl. This is it! I can get my petite 8 month old up high and secure on my back and we are comfy for a long time. After living in it for the entirely of our TBYB week, I knew it had to be ours. A week later and we are still living in it and find it even comfier than it was to begin with! This one is a winner for sure

I was tempted to keep this from looks alone (the magnolia print is stunning, with the coloring making it just that bit of a quirky floral print in the best way. But even though I don't have a ton of practice with onhubimos or even much back carrying, I was really impressed that my shoulders could hold up on a longish walk--and that sealed the deal. I'm looking forward to using this all spring and summer!

I’m still practicing woven wrap back carries with my baby who is very insistent on leaning and popping her seat. This was my first time trying an onbuhimo and I’m so grateful for the TBYB program to try new things out before committing to them. It took a little to get this adjusted to us, but we’ve been loving our first TBYB fail! There are so many ways to adjust straps to get a great fit and a high back carry. Plus, this is a favorite print of ours. The colors and pattern are vibrant and colorful without being too in your face. Looking forward to many more carries in this!

This is a BEAUTIFUL onbuhimo that kind of sneaks up on you! She is soft, squishy in all the right places, and even has extra padding on leg holes and on the shoulder straps. The colors are so subtle and yet gorgeous. This can be dressed up so easily for fancy or dressed down for casual shopping. Such a soft and beautiful carrier!
